Citrus flavor aroma generally refers to Citrus (manga created by サブロウタ). Citrus is a manga created by Saburota and serialized in COMIC Yurikage since 2012. The Japanese version of the single-volume manga is published by Ichijunsha, and consists of 10 volumes. The traditional Chinese version is distributed by Taiwan Dong Li Publishing House. In mainland China, the comic is licensed by Beili Beili Comics.

The decision to animate the TV anime "citrus" was announced on March 25, 2017, based on the original manga of the same name by Saburota. The anime is being produced by Passione and began airing on January 6, 2018 with all 12 episodes.

Plot summary:

Yuzu, a hot high school girl who has never been in love, and Meiko, a prude brunette and beautiful student president. They became sisters when their parents remarried, and when they first meet each other, they have the worst impression of each other.
