Beef Brisket Stewed with Pumpkin
Ingredients: 400g beef brisket, 1 pumpkin
Accessories: 10 peppercorns, 1 green onion, 3 aniseed, 3 ginger slices, 5 cloves of garlic, 5 peppers, 3 spoons of tomato sauce, 1 spoon of sweet noodle sauce
Method:
1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the beef brisket into pieces, blanch the meat, and Rinse it in a pot of water and pick it out piece by piece.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté peppercorns, aniseed, onions, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.
3. Stir-fry the tomato sauce and sweet noodle sauce until fragrant, add the beef cubes and stir-fry, add a little cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
4. Pour in an appropriate amount of water (I replaced it with a tagine pot). When the water boils, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot and simmer for about an hour.
5. Remove the stems and pulp from the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and add the pumpkin and salt about 20 minutes before serving.
6. After it is done, it is ready to eat.
