Method
Basil pesto preparation:
1. Pick Separate the basil leaves from the stems and do not use the stem part.
2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add basil leaves and blanch for about 10 seconds, immediately remove and chill, and wring out the water from the basil leaves.
3. Put the basil leaves in the juice machine, then slowly pour in the olive oil in batches and beat until it becomes puree. Pause and stir evenly in the middle, then beat slowly, and finally add sea salt and white pepper. Just season.
Preparation of vegetarian steak burger:
1. Thaw the vegetarian veal steak first, and cut it crosswise into two pieces from the middle.
2. Wash the celery and cut into small pieces.
3. Wash the carrots and cut into small pieces.
4. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
5. Cut the buns crosswise, coat the cut surfaces with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Heat the pot, pour oil into the pot, wait until the oil temperature rises to 40% hot, add the vegetarian veal steak slices and mushroom slices, pour them out together for about 15 seconds, and drain all the ingredients. Dry oil.
7. Heat a wok and add a little oil, add celery and carrots and stir until fragrant. Add the vegetarian veal steak slices and mushroom slices from step (6) and mix well. Add appropriate amount of water, salt and mushroom extract. Season and mix well, pour a little lemon juice and mix well, do not thicken the sauce, remove from the pan and serve in a bowl.
8. Take the bread from step (5), add the filling from step (7), top with basil pesto and serve.
