1. Some lubricating pumps can set the lubrication time and interval, so adjust the automatic lubrication time. Please refer to the manual of lubricating pump. Generally, there are setting keys to set the working time and interval respectively (generally, the lubricating pump itself has a microcomputer and a digital tube).

2. The lubricating pump itself has no microcomputer and digital display tube, and the refueling time and interval are set on the timer screen of FANUC system. If it is set by PMC, it can be adjusted according to the following methods: press the emergency stop button or press the SETING key in MDI state to enter, and change the writable parameter to 1, and then modify the timer data, and then change it to 0. If the variable timer (TMR) sets the pumping time and interval, the timing of the TMR command can be changed through PMC parameters. Specifically, you have to find the number of the timer yourself, or check the electrical instructions of the CNC machine tool. Because the PMC programs of different manufacturers are different, you can find the address of the timer on the ladder diagram through the output address of the circuit diagram oil pump, and then find out the number of the timer. If it is TMR (Variable Timer), press the system key, then press PMC, then press PMCDGN, then press status, then press timer, and you can see the timer number and timing time. The pumping time of the oil pump can be adjusted by modifying the time under the data on the right side of the pumping time timer number, and the pumping interval of the oil pump can be adjusted by modifying the time under the data on the right side of the pumping interval timer number.
