The levels are different.

Any restaurant with a "Michelin Restaurant" sign outside its door is recommended by Michelin and does not have any star rating; restaurants with a star rating are Michelin-starred restaurants.

On November 16, 2020, the "Michelin Guide 2021 Beijing" was officially released. Among them, there are 2 Michelin three-star restaurants, 2 Michelin two-star restaurants, and 26 one-Michelin-star restaurants. Also announced were 51 "Michelin Plate" restaurants and 17 Bib Gourmand restaurants.
