Fresh noodles 150g mustard tuber.

2 tablespoons sesame paste and 3 tablespoons sesame oil.

1. Add a tablespoon of sesame oil to fresh noodles and mix well.
2. Steam in a steamer for 10 minute. Shake the steamed dough with chopsticks until it gets cold.
3. Chop mustard tuber, sour beans and shallots.
4. If you like spicy food, you can mix pickled mustard tuber and sour beans with Chili oil or Chili sauce.
5. Finally, mix sesame paste with sesame oil, soy sauce, soy sauce and salt. Put the cooled noodles into the pot again and cook for about 1 min. When cooking, don't cook it too soft.
