Xiao Yang's fried method:
1. Wash onion, cut into pieces and put it into pork stuffing.
2. Pour in some soy sauce, soy sauce and oil, and drop a few drops of sesame oil.
3. Add a proper amount of thirteen spices powder, salt and chicken essence, and then add a proper amount of water and stir until it becomes sticky.
4. Pour a proper amount of water into the flour, add yeast, and let it stand and ferment until it is about 2 times larger.
5. Roll it into pieces with a rolling pin, and then make it into leather.
6. Add a proper amount of stuffing, wrap it in a meat bag, and buckle it for about one minute.
7. Pour a little oil into the pot, add meat buns and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the surface.
8. Turn on a small fire, slowly fry until yellow, and then pour in a little water.
9. When the water is dry, cover the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
