Teriyaki Chicken Fillet
Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken thighs, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, black pepper
Steps: (here according to the portion for two people, one person portion is automatically reduced by half)
To remove the bones of chicken thighs, add 1 tsp. of salt, the amount of black pepper, 1 tsp. of cooking wine, 1 tsp. of soy sauce, marinate 10 minutes
Mix Teriyaki Sauce: 4 tsp. of cooking wine + 2 tsp. of soy sauce + 2 tsp. of oyster sauce + 2 tsp. of honey, stir well. +2 spoons of oyster sauce +2 spoons of honey, mix well
Heat the oil, pan fry the chicken cutlets to golden brown on both sides (you can fry the skin part first, a little charred is more delicious)
Pour over the teriyaki sauce, cover the pot and continue to cook for another 5 minutes to get it done!
