Prosthesis breast augmentation for a month, the position is too high, and the front and side look very deformed. It's so painful to get it out. It's so distressing. Why?
Hello, actually, not everything is successful and safe after breast augmentation with prosthesis. Postoperative nursing is very important, which is directly related to the surgical effect.

1. After breast augmentation, breast swelling and slight congestion are normal phenomena, which will gradually subside in the next few weeks.

2. 24 hours after operation, you can take off your clothes except the adhesive tape stuck on the skin surface of the operation site. When scrubbing your body, be careful not to wet the tape. In the following days, let the tape fall off by itself.

3. If necessary after operation, it may be necessary to cover the surgical incision with gauze dressing for one week.

4. 24 hours after the operation, you can take a bath, but within 2 weeks after the operation, the surgical site must avoid touching water, including bath water, swimming pool water, seawater and lake water.

5. Don't wear a bra with a steel bracket after operation, because the steel bracket will affect the position of the prosthesis. You can wear a soft but supportive postoperative bra recommended by your doctor, or wrap your chest with a wide elastic bandage. These can be removed when you take a shower, but you should continue to use them after taking a shower.

6. If you have a drainage tube after operation, you should pour out the liquid in time, and record the amount of liquid drained three times a day, and then inform the doctor so that they can judge when the drainage tube can be pulled out for you.

7. When the patient recovers to a certain stage after operation (usually 1~3 weeks after operation), the breast should be massaged under the guidance of a doctor to prevent capsular contracture, and the time of each massage should follow the doctor's plan.
