soy
of appropriate amount
corn starch
40g
clean water
400g
(hen's) egg

Minced lean meat
100g
step
1. Mix sticky rice flour and corn starch with water, and make into slurry.
2. Beat the eggs evenly.
3. Cut the pork into foam, add salt and mix well.
4. Put the rice rolls machine on the pot and heat it until it bubbles.
5. Brush a room full of lard on the rice rolls dish (lard must be used, lard can make the pork powder more fragrant and smooth), add the main lean meat powder and steam it in the rice rolls machine for about one minute.
Reminder: The slurry should be spread as flat as possible to keep the thickness of rice rolls consistent.
6. After one minute, add the egg liquid into the formed rice rolls and continue steaming for 1 minute. The rice rolls machine has four compartments, so the waiting time is greatly saved for making.
PS: Adding eggs after cooking is because the meat is hard to cook, while the eggs are easy to cook. Steaming together will lead to the eggs being too old.
7. After about 1 minute, rice rolls takes shape, and rice rolls is scraped and put on the plate with a scraper.
8. Homemade rice rolls is out of the oven. Add soy sauce and you can eat it. (You can make your own soy sauce or add Chili! )
Tips
PS: Meat can also be sliced, and the relative steaming time will be longer, so it is recommended to cut minced meat. At the same time, the minced meat can be mixed with egg white or raw flour, which will make the meat more fragrant, smooth and delicious.
