glutinous rice flour

monosodium glutamate

Exercise:
1, wash the fresh grass, boil water in the pot, add a little salt, and blanch the grass in boiling water.
2. Take out the grass head, rinse it with cold water, squeeze out the water, chop it up and put it in a bowl, sprinkle some salt and monosodium glutamate, blanch it and pour the vegetable oil into the bowl and mix well.
3. Knead the glutinous rice flour into dough with warm water, cover it with a wet cloth, and wake it for about 10 minutes.
4. Divide the glutinous rice into 40g pieces, wrap them with straw stuffing and pat them flat.
5. Fry in the oil pan until golden on both sides.
