Required ingredients:
200g flour, brown sugar, boiling water, oil
Method:
1. Add boiling water to the flour, stirring while pouring, to form flocs.
2. Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. The dough should not be too hard.
3. Add some flour to the brown sugar and mix well. Prevent running sugar from burning your mouth when you take it out of the pan.
4. Divide the dough into small pieces. Punch it down and put in the sugar filling. Wrap it up and flatten it gently.

Required Ingredients:
4 eggs, about 400 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of corn oil, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 grams of yeast, 4 grams of red bean paste
Methods:
1. Beat the eggs into a container, add 4 grams of yeast, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and whisk well. In addition to adding sweet flavor, white sugar also helps fermentation. You can adjust the amount according to your personal taste.
2. Pour in the flour and stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder, then add 2 tablespoons of corn oil. Add the flour a little at a time, not all at once. The dough should be soft and firm.

4. Take out the dough, grease the board with some oil and press the dough with your hands to form a rectangular block. It's about 1cm thick. Cut into small pieces with a knife, not too wide, about 1.5 centimeters.
