Milk 250ml
Sugar (you can use sugar if you don't have it) 20g~25g
Raw eggs Egg whites of two eggs
Honey beans at will
Raisins at will
Simple double-skin milk recipe ?
Materials as shown in the picture, the code of many kinds of milk, in fact, use a kind of good, just to tell you what milk can be done, do not have to be entangled.
Eggs are a good way to prepare the other ingredients according to the amount.
Put the egg white into the milk.
All the ingredients are ready, set aside the egg yolks.
Combine the egg whites, sugar, and milk and whisk like crazy. (You don't need to use an electric mixer to beat them.)
Pass the mixture through a fine sieve (flour sifter) once, and strain out any unbeaten egg whites so that they don't interfere with the texture. (
Pour the mixture into two small bowls.
Wrap the bowls in plastic wrap and poke holes in them with a toothpick to prevent steam from falling through.
Fill the bottom of the steamer with water and line the steamer drawer with a drawer cloth to ensure even heating of the bowls, and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
After the water boils, place the bowl in the steamer drawer.
Cover the pot with a lid and steam over high heat for 10 minutes; when done, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Take out the double cream, being careful not to burn it.
Sprinkle with favorite toppings - such as honey beans and raisins.
