Oatmeal glutinous rice porridge
Ingredients
60g oatmeal
200g red glutinous rice
raisins 30 capsules
Method
1. Soak oatmeal and red glutinous rice separately for one night
2. Wash the raisins with warm water
3 .Put the oats and red glutinous rice into the pot, add water and bring to a boil, then turn down the heat
4. After half an hour, add the raisins and cook together, and continue cooking for half an hour until the glutinous rice blooms and becomes sticky
5. Add honey
Tips
1. Oat kernels are easy to boil after soaking. If not soaked, you can use a pressure cooker to press them
2. Raisins are easy to clean after soaking in warm water
3. Honey can be added according to personal taste, and added when the porridge is warm
