Potato fish
Ingredients: potatoes, flour, onions, ginger, garlic, green peppers, red peppers, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, peanut oil
Method:

8 .Wash the green onions and chop into chopped green onions, wash and chop the ginger into grated ginger, wash and cut the green peppers and red peppers into small pieces, remove the garlic and chop into minced garlic
9. Heat the pot and pour it into the pot. Heat a small amount of peanut oil to 70% heat, add minced green onions, minced ginger, and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add half a bowl of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, and chicken essence, stir-fry and mix well.
