Steps for Stewing Pork Ribs with Fava Beans

After the pork ribs have been cut into small pieces, wash them and then use a large bowl with peppercorns, crushed ginger, julienned scallions and cooking wine, and put the cleaned ribs in it to soak for 1 hour.

While the ribs are soaking, wash the fava beans and blanch them in water.

Prepare shredded green onion and ginger.

Soak the ribs and strain the water, heat the pan and pour in the olive oil.

First add peppercorns, green onions and ginger stir-fry, stir-fry flavor, add ribs stir-fry, until the ribs change color, add the right amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, then pour in the preparation of 1/3 of the fava beans stir-fry.

Pour in the hot water not over the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, add salt and simmer for another 20 minutes. Pour the remaining 2/3 of the fava beans into a blender with a small amount of water and puree.

Add the fava bean puree to the pot, stir well, and bring to a boil.
