How to make liqueur?
One: Manna Black Russia

Chinese name black Russia

English Name (Black Russian)

Ingredients: Vodka 1.5 oz. Coffee liqueur 3/4 oz.

Method: Add ice cubes into a wide-mouth, short and old-fashioned glass, pour in wine and stir gently. This wine is delicious and fragrant, which can increase the spirit after drinking and is suitable for drinking with coffee.

This cocktail is characterized by elegant aroma and high alcohol concentration, but it is delicious. This cocktail is named after vodka produced in Russia and its color, while another cocktail, Belarus, is named after adding milk to black Russia.

In fact, I know that I like this wine entirely because of the existence of coffee liqueur, which makes it taste exactly like coffee. I also like short wide-mouthed cups, which are very thick. Cocktails actually have their own unique cups, called cocktail glasses. Elegant cups are very suitable for fancy cocktails, and it will be more aesthetic to decorate them with lemon slices and red cherries. However, black Russia is a gentle and honest wine. With such a simple wide-mouthed cup, it needs no decoration at all. Please note that gentleness does not mean that you are not strong. Vodka is definitely strong liquor. 2 portions of manna coffee liqueur and 1 portion of vodka.

Two: Manna Belarus

Chinese name: Belarus

English Name: White Russia

Ingredients: 40 ml of vodka, 20 ml of coffee liqueur, and proper amount of fresh cream.

Method: Pour vodka and coffee liqueur into a classical glass with ice and mix well. Gently pour in whipped cream from the top to make it float on the surface.

This cocktail tastes of iced coffee with milk. Because vodka has no strange smell, the aroma of coffee liqueur dissolved in it is reflected intact. You can enjoy iced coffee in your senses and taste. (Figure 2)

Three: manna and mineral water and steam

Ingredients: a portion of liqueur and mineral water with steam.

Method: Pour ice cubes into a goblet, add manna liqueur, and pour sparkling mineral water and soda water.

Description: A fragrant liqueur wrapped in coffee rushed into my throat, which is a very simple and delicious cocktail in summer. Note that it is not the propaganda mineral water, but the real cocktail, and syrup can be added (Figure 3).

Four: manna milk

Ingredients: One serving of Manna Coffee Liqueur (1.5 oz), milk or cream.

Methods: Ice cubes were added to the tall glass, coffee liqueur was added, and milk or cream was added. The cream naturally floated on the coffee liqueur, showing a layered shape.

Description: Similar to Belarus, but without vodka, the taste is very soft, and the aroma of coffee and milk is mixed (Figure 4).

Five: Mannan iced latte

Ingredients: three portions of manna coffee liqueur, one portion of vodka, one portion of milk or cream, two portions of iced coffee and chocolate chips.

Method: Add ice cubes into the cup, add chocolate chips, pour coffee liqueur, vodka and iced coffee into the cup in turn. If it is poured slowly, it will be layered, and finally cover with milk or cream.

You can also pour coffee liqueur, vodka and iced coffee into the shaken lake to make them more integrated, or stir with a stirring rod and cover the cream with chocolate chips. The momentum of vodka is accompanied by the aroma of coffee, the aroma of Belarus, and the rich taste of coffee is intoxicating. People who like coffee should try it (Figure 6).

Six: Mannan concentrated martini

Ingredients: a cup of coffee liqueur, a cup of vodka, 1/2 freshly ground espresso.

Method: Ice the martini glass, add a circle of chocolate powder to the mouth of the glass, then pour all the ingredients into the cocktail mixer, add ice cubes and shake them violently, and finally pour the prepared materials into the glass.

Detailed description: The most refreshing formula in summer, the imported chocolate powder is mixed with the aroma of wine and coffee, like a beach spice girl and a calm and mature man (Figure 5).

Seven: B-52 bomber

Material Mexican coffee sweet Kahlua 1 oz Bailey's 1 oz vodka 1 oz.

Production method: Pour the base wine and raw materials into a small glass in turn, light the vodka on the upper layer, and insert a straw to drink.

Description: This cocktail should not be burned for a long time, otherwise the intensity of alcohol will be greatly reduced if it has been consumed in the combustion. It's a little new: there are many new ways to play this wine, but it's basically made from Kahlua and Bailey's plus a strong liquor. If you like more coffee aroma, you can also put a fresh coffee bean in when the wine is burning, and the burnt aroma will instantly blend into the wine, which complements the taste of Kahlua.

Several simple coffee liqueur drinks, dear friends, welcome to add. . .
