Braised kelp with ribs
Braised kelp with ribs is a home-cooked dish. The main ingredients are ribs and kelp. Cooking together is not only delicious, but also nutritious.
Ingredients: ribs, kelp, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, peanut oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and water.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Chop the ribs into small pieces, put them in a container, add enough water to soak them for two hours to remove blood, and change the water several times during this period.
Step 2, clean the dried kelp, steam it in a pot for 30 minutes, then take it out and soak it in cold water for 3 to 5 hours and then cut it into pieces for later use.
Step 3: Peel and wash the onion, ginger and garlic, cut them into onion segments, ginger slices and garlic slices respectively, and wash the star anise and pepper.
Step 4, add proper amount of peanut oil into the hot pot, pour in the soaked and drained ribs and stir-fry until there is no water, and add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise and pepper to stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 5, add a little sugar, boil the cooking wine, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry evenly, and make the ribs color evenly.
Step 6, add appropriate amount of water to the ribs, turn into a casserole and bring to a boil.
Step 7, stew for about 50 minutes, and add some salt to taste.
Step 8: Add the chopped kelp and continue to stew 15 minutes.
