Steps
1. Prepare celery, yam, black fungus, onion and ginger. (Soak the black fungus one night in advance, then wash and remove the roots.)
2. Wash the celery and cut it into oblique sections, peel the yam, wash it and cut it into oblique slices. Chop the onion and ginger.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add fungus, celery and yam and stir-fry.
5. Add appropriate amount of salt.
6. Appropriate amount of thirteen spices, stir-fry until the yam is cooked.
7. Add chicken essence.
8. Stir well and remove from the pan.
