Ingredients:150g beef slices, 200g Flammulina velutipes.
Seasoning: salad oil 10g, carved wine 150g, chilli oil 50g, dried chilli, green pepper, red pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper 4g and sesame oil 2g.
Methods: 1. Roll 10 Flammulina velutipes into small bundles with fat beef slices, and roll the fat beef strips and Flammulina velutipes according to this method. 2. Put the base oil in the pot, heat it to 50%, then saute dried peppers and green pepper strips, add broth, carved wine, Chili oil, fat beef rolls, salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, and pour sesame oil into the pot.
