There are cucumbers, radishes, lettuce, onions, dried tofu and so on.
1. Cucumber: an annual creeping or climbing herb of Cucurbitaceae. Stems and branches are elongated, furrowed, and are white and coarse. Now it is widely planted in temperate and tropical regions. Cucumber is one of the main vegetables in China in summer.
2. Radish: a plant belonging to Scrophulariaceae and Scrophulariaceae. Tall herbs, up to more than 1 meter. There are several branches, which are spindle-shaped or carrot-shaped, and the thickness can reach more than 3 cm.
3. Lettuce: the common name of leaf lettuce, also known as goose lettuce, mashed lettuce and lettuce, belongs to the genus Lettuce in Compositae. It is an annual or biennial herb crop, with long obovate leaves and dense cabbage-shaped leaves, which can be eaten raw, crisp, refreshing and slightly sweet.
4. Onion: Bulb of Liliaceae and Allium is solitary, cylindrical, with white skin and reddish brown, and cylindrical, hollow leaves that gradually narrow toward the top.
5. Dried tofu: it is a specialty of Northeast China, also called "Northeast Dried Tofu", which is a kind of tofu product pressed into thin sheets.
