Legal basis: Scoring Points for Illegal Acts of Road Traffic Safety Article 2 A motor vehicle driver who commits one of the following illegal acts will be scored 6 points at a time:
(a) driving a motor vehicle during the period when the motor vehicle driving license is temporarily suspended;
(two) driving a motor vehicle in violation of road traffic lights;
(3) Driving an operating bus (excluding buses) or a school bus carrying less than 20% people, or driving other passenger cars carrying more than 20% people;
(four) driving medium-sized passenger trucks, school buses, dangerous goods transport vehicles in expressway, urban expressway driving more than the prescribed speed of less than 20%;
(5) Driving a medium-sized or above passenger truck, school bus or dangerous goods transport vehicle on roads other than expressways and urban expressways, or driving other motor vehicles at a speed exceeding 20% but not reaching 50% per hour;
(six) driving a cargo vehicle with more than 30% of the approved load quality or carrying passengers in violation of regulations;
(seven) driving a motor vehicle other than an operating bus to park in the driveway of expressway;
(eight) driving a motor vehicle in expressway or urban expressway illegally occupying the emergency lane;
(nine) driving a motor vehicle in expressway under low visibility meteorological conditions;
(10) driving a motor vehicle to carry over-limit articles that cannot be disassembled, failing to drive at the specified time, route and speed or failing to hang obvious signs;
(11) driving a motor vehicle to carry explosives, inflammable and explosive chemicals, toxic and radioactive dangerous goods, and failing to drive at the specified time, route and speed, or failing to hang warning signs and taking necessary safety measures;
(twelve) to conceal or deceive the replacement of motor vehicle driver's license;
(thirteen) driving a motor vehicle other than a medium-sized passenger car or a dangerous goods transport vehicle continuously for more than 4 hours without stopping for rest or stopping for less than 20 minutes;
(fourteen) driving a motor vehicle does not avoid the school bus in accordance with the provisions.
