Do all Islamic countries have Islamic criminal law
Not all. Many Islamic countries, such as Turkey, Lebanon, and Syria, are more enlightened. Turkey has secular law and does not use Sharia law as a basis for judgment. And many Islamic countries will have mapped out their own paths, greatly narrowing the judicial application of Sharia law and replacing it with the introduction of Western democratic law. Currently only two countries, Iran and Saudi Arabia, still strictly apply Sharia law. The Taliban, Al Qaeda, and the Islamic State also strictly enforce Sharia law.
