Mashed potato pancakes:
Ingredients: potatoes, 2 red peppers, 2g water, 50ml.
Seasoning: salt 1/4 teaspoons (about 1 g), 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce (10ml), sugar 1/2 teaspoons (about 3 g) and vinegar 1 teaspoon (5ml).
Exercise:
1) Peel potatoes, cut them into filaments, steam and stir them into mud, and cut red peppers into small circles for later use.
2) Add salt to the chopped mashed potatoes, pour in clear water and mix well into a paste.
3) Pour the oil into the pot and heat it with high fire. When the oil is 40% hot, scoop a tablespoon of mashed potato paste, flatten it with a shovel, and fry it over low heat. 4) Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar into dipping sauce. Just eat cooked potato pancakes dipped in sauce.
