Laba tofu 1, lean pork 100g, carrot 1, onion 1, green pepper 1, salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, soy sauce, edible oil and water.

3. Wash a green pepper, a carrot and an onion and slice them all.
4. Pour the oil into the wok and heat it to 50%. Add the sliced meat and stir-fry until it changes color and taste.
5. Leave the oil in the pot, add Laba tofu and stir fry, then pour in the right amount of water and simmer for a while (Laba tofu itself is salty, this step can be done without salt).
6. Finally, pour all the onion slices, carrot slices, green peppers and meat slices into the pot, add a little salt and stir-fry until the ingredients are fully cooked.
