Fried lotus root box practice
Materials: lotus root, pork, eggs, flour
Practice:
1. Minced meat with a little salt, a little white pepper, a spoonful of starch, a spoonful and a half of pumpkin, a spoonful of scallions, the right amount of minced ginger, two spoonfuls of scallion and ginger water and stirred well
