Egg custard with hot water and cold water can be oh, personally test can be used. I've tried both before, but you don't want to add too much water to the water, or the egg will float up above a lot of water, and then don't steam the egg for too long, or it's easy to get old. Remember to add a layer of plastic wrap to cover the top of the bowl and poke a few holes.
The need for soy sauce, add a little soy sauce, stir, start sprinkling some chopped green onions. Delicious and soft.
