1. Prepare clean fine river sand and pass it through a fine sieve with an aperture of 2.5-3 mm. The ratio of hazelnuts to sand, calculated by volume, is 1:1. Put the sand into the pot and stir-fry until hot, then pour the hazelnuts into the pot and stir-fry over a slow fire with the sand, stirring constantly to heat the hazelnuts evenly. Fry for about 7-10 minutes. Taste the hazelnuts. They are crispy and fragrant without any mushy smell. Take them out of the pot immediately, sift out the sand, rinse the hazelnuts with water to remove any loose soil, then put them back into the pot and stir-fry until dry. The hazelnuts fried in this way have a clean appearance and little change in color from the original. The hazelnuts are crispy and fragrant, with a stronger flavor. The weight of hazelnuts remains unchanged before and after frying.
2. Use 1kg of hazelnuts, 50g of fine salt and 0.8kg of yellow sand. First dissolve the fine salt with 0.5 kg of hot water and set aside. When frying, first pour the yellow sand into the pot and stir-fry until it is hot. Add the hazelnuts and stir-fry. The fire should not be too fast. Fry for about 10 minutes. When the hazelnuts turn yellow, take them out of the pan quickly. Sieve out the sand, pour the hazelnuts into a dry basin, quickly pour in the concentrated salt water and stir. Stop for a moment and fish out the hazelnuts. Dry them before eating. The hazelnuts fried in this way are crispy and slightly salty. The weight of the hazelnuts does not change before and after frying.
3. Wash the hazelnuts with water. Set aside, heat the pot, put the hazelnuts into the pot and stir-fry over low heat, stirring constantly to heat the hazelnuts evenly. After being heated, sparse black spots appear on the surface of the hazel shell in yellow color. Stir-fry for about 7-10 minutes, it will be cooked immediately, take it out of the pan quickly, let it cool before eating. After frying raw hazelnuts, cooked hazelnuts account for 94-95 of the original weight.
