Three green peppers and six small red peppers.
2 slices of ginger and 3 cloves of garlic.

Steps of frying beef
1. Cut beef tenderloin into pieces, and then cut into shredded beef.
2. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp starch and black pepper to the shredded beef and mix well, then add 1 tbsp vegetable oil (you can put a fresh-keeping bag on your hand).
3. Wash the peppers.
4. Slice pepper obliquely, shred ginger and mash garlic. Zanthoxylum bungeanum and dried capsicum for later use.
5. After the pan is hot, put the oil (cold oil in the hot pan), add the shredded beef and stir fry quickly. Stir-fry until the shredded beef is completely dispersed and the meat color is all white. Take out.
6. Add Zanthoxylum bungeanum and dried chili, stir-fry over low heat to get fragrance.
7. Add shredded ginger, minced garlic and shredded pepper and stir-fry until the epidermis of shredded pepper is slightly wrinkled.
8. Pour in shredded beef, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and stir-fry half a spoonful of sugar evenly. Turn off the fire.
