Carassius auratus and grass carp have a relatively uniform figure and more thorns. Carp stings are mostly concentrated in the tail, and the fat part of the stomach stings less. These two kinds of fish have loose muscles and small bones, which are more troublesome to handle. Carassius auratus has a smaller body, fewer bones, tighter muscles and thicker bones, which are easy to remove.
