1/2 cups of mushrooms

1 cloves of garlic, crushed.
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Spicy soy sauce 1 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves.
1 lb beef tenderloin, 8 pieces.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon juice, spicy soy sauce and salt, and stir until the mushrooms are soft. Pour the coriander and the prepared sauce into a small metal bowl and stir, keeping the temperature. Melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter and fry the steak on medium heat for three to four minutes on each side. Take out the steak and pour it with mushroom sauce.
