1. Ingredients: 200 pieces of dried fish, 4 Thai peppers, appropriate amount of shredded red pepper, half a spoonful of tofu, appropriate amount of green onions, appropriate amount of ginger, 2 tablespoons of walnut oil, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
2. Soak the dried fish in warm water for 3 to 4 hours.
3. Prepare the ingredients and cut the green onions into sections for later use.
4. Wash the soaked dried fish, remove the water and put it on a plate for later use.
5. Cut the onions and ginger into shreds and the Thai pepper into chunks, and put them into the fish plate.
6. Put appropriate amount of bean drumsticks, red pepper shreds and cooking wine into the fish plate.
7. Place the fish plate in the steamer and steam for 25 to 30 minutes.
8. Sprinkle green onion and coriander leaves into the steamed fish plate.
