First, typical symptoms
1. Cystitis: It is one of the typical symptoms of vitamin B2 deficiency, with itchy scrotum, desquamation, exudation and scabbing. The papule type is characterized by a large round flat papule of beans with yellowish-white or brownish-yellow scabs and scales attached to the surface, and the edges are free and disc-shaped. The peeled scab exposed the basal surface red and bright, but there was no exudation, and the skin lesions were itchy or not. Localized dermatitis is characterized by plaques with a diameter of 3~4cm, dry scabs or scales with yellowish brown or grayish white on the surface, reddish surface without exudation and moderate itching. Diffuse dermatitis is characterized by diffuse erythema or dark erythema with scales, scabs, obvious dermatoglyphics, slight erosion and exudation, or a small amount of chapped skin, which often occurs in the middle of scrotum ventral surface and sometimes involves penis. Patients often scratch because of severe itching, which can aggravate dermatitis or eczema and even cause pain. Erythema type is characterized by localized pale erythema, accompanied by a small amount of chaff-like scales, no obvious symptoms or only slight itching.
2. Glossitis: At the early stage, the tongue surface was bright red, the grassy nipple was a pinhole-shaped erythema, the contour nipple was a big hypertrophic papule of soybean, and the erythema with obvious boundary could be seen in the middle or edge of the tongue. In severe cases, the tongue is obviously swollen and the whole tongue is blue. After a long time, the tongue shrinks and flattens, the nipple disappears, the tongue surface peels off or is accompanied by cracks, with pain and burning sensation.
3. Keratitis: it is characterized by milky white impregnation, erosion and linear cracks in the corners of the mouth, which may have keratinization, needle-like pustules or scabs on it, and shallow scars after healing.
4, cheilitis: lower lip is more common. At the initial stage of the disease, the mucous membrane of the lip is edema, dryness, small pieces of desquamation and pigmentation, and can also be erythema, erosion, suppuration, chapped, bleeding and scabbing. In severe cases, the labial mucosa can atrophy.
5, eye symptoms: vascular proliferative conjunctivitis, and manifested as inflammatory hyperplasia of capillaries from the conjunctiva into the cornea, photophobia, tears, burning or itching. With the further development of the disease, hyperplastic capillaries can invade the whole cornea, leading to corneal cloudy ulcer and iritis. The eyelid margin is also inflamed, and the risk below and the corner of the eye are more serious. Common redness and sticky secretions.
6. Systemic symptoms: Some patients often feel tired and weak.
Second, other symptoms
Glossitis, angular stomatitis and cheilitis can make it difficult to open your mouth, affect eating, be sensitive to irritating food, and have pain and burning sensation. If there is inflammation in the pharynx, larynx and palate, it will cause hoarseness and sore throat.
