Fried steps of Sophora japonica cake
1. Wash and drain the tender Sophora japonica flowers;
2. Add eggs, spiced powder, salt and a small amount of baking soda to Sophora japonica, and add a small amount of water as appropriate, and mix well;
3. Add proper amount of flour and stir evenly to form batter;
