2. Mix the fish pieces with bean flour and salt to taste;
3. Slice (or mash) ginger and garlic; 4. Put ginger slices, garlic slices, watercress, soy sauce and sugar in the same bowl;
5. Cut the dried peppers into sections and put them in the same bowl;
6. Cut the onion into sections;
7. Put the cooked oil in the pot and heat it until it is medium-cooked. Put ginger, garlic slices, watercress, soy sauce and sugar into a pot and stir-fry slowly;
8. Stir-fry until bright, then add soup or water (water will drown the fish pieces);
9. After boiling, change to medium heat and cook for a few minutes, then pour in the fish pieces and cook for 7 ~ 8 minutes;
10. Add crispy pepper, pepper powder, monosodium glutamate and onion, and mix well to serve.
