The body color is grayish yellow on the dorsal side and golden yellow on the ventral side. The edge of the dorsal fin and the end of the caudal fin are black. The body length is generally 9 to 14 centimeters and the weight is 16 to 50 grams. It is distributed in the coastal waters of my country and is a small offshore fish. Spiny-headed plum blossoms are mainly distributed in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea, with the East China Sea having the largest production. The peak fishing seasons are from April to June and September to October every year.
