Popular mud bath──integrating beauty, relaxation, health and life-saving in one Mud bathing sanctuaries were excavated. In fact, we can also DIY a mud bath at home! The steps to taking a mud bath are quite simple and it also offers many benefits in a relatively short period of time. Since clay exerts a strong traction effect, it has the ability to pull out toxins through the pores of the skin during bathing.
The preparation steps for a mud bath are simple
1. Pour about 1.8 kilograms of bentonite clay (you probably don’t want to use expensive and edible montmorillonite clay) into the bathtub inside. 2. Please pour the clay from the faucet into the warm water flowing out of the faucet at a very slow speed, and then stir the water in the bathtub with a spoon or stirring rod to prevent the clay particles from sticking together. 3. Soak in the bathtub for 20 to 25 minutes, then get up and rinse your body with the shower head. Drain the water from the tub just yet. The clay solution must sit for a period of time (no more than 3 or 4 hours) before the clay settles to the bottom of the tub. You have several options at this point: *You can drain the water from the tub, but I don't recommend this because it can cause the drain to clog. A better idea is to scoop out the water from the top and pour it into the sink (you can later use the water for fertilizer or pour it into the yard). After scooping out all the water, you may want to see what the clay looks like now. Some people say that the color of the clay at the bottom of the bathtub will change, maybe turning into dark brown or black. This is what should happen when the clay is full of toxins that are absorbed and adsorbed. *Some people also say that you should not handle the remaining clay with your bare hands at this time. Instead, you must put on rubber gloves before scooping out the clay. The reason is that there is a risk of chemical burns when digging with bare hands, because these clays may have very high toxicity. Given my experience with clay, it is possible that the color of the mineral clay used in mud baths may vary depending on the type, but the clay I have used for bathing has never exhibited these properties. As for not touching the clay because the risk of getting burned is probably high..., well, I doubt that, a person's body can release enough toxins to burn itself in twenty minutes? This kind of thing is really hard to believe.
Experience sharing by Dr. Chen Lichuan, Chairman of the Energy Medicine Society of the Republic of China
As early as more than ten years ago when I lived in the United States, I I already have the habit of using clay for bathing on a regular basis. Each time I buy a large bucket of clay - fifty pounds (about twenty-three kilograms). Because clay has strong absorption and adsorption capabilities, it is a very good way to detoxify the skin. The reason why I had the opportunity to learn clay bathing was because a friend could not afford to see a doctor to treat breast cancer. After researching different treatments of natural medicine, she chose the relatively affordable clay therapy. Unexpectedly, after taking a bath for more than ten times, a thick and sticky black substance unexpectedly flowed out of her body, and she was finally reborn.
If you don’t want to take a clay bath, you can use the following methods instead, which can also purify your skin:
1. Use the clay instead of soap to scrub your body in the shower: Mix with water in palms, apply to body and rinse. 2. Apply to the whole body: Mix the clay into a paste, apply it to the neck, shoulders, chest, arms, legs, and feet, apply it on the body, wait for it to dry, and then rinse it off. 3. Exfoliate the whole body: After the clay on the body dries, instead of rinsing it off, rub or wipe it off to remove more dead skin and promote circulation.
