The effect of acupuncture at 1 taichong point is located on the dorsal side of the foot. It is often used to treat fullness in chest and hypochondrium, pain, nausea, anorexia, dizziness, headache, top-heaviness, irritability, insomnia, convulsion, epilepsy, red eyes, swelling and pain, metrorrhagia, hernia, enuresis, dysuria, pain in front of medial malleolus, etc.

2. Simple selection of the depth of Taichong point:

1. Behind metatarsal joint of toe 1, between metatarsal bone 1 and 2.
