Beer duck step 1
The materials are ready; Cut the green pepper into small pieces, slice the ginger and mash the garlic.
Second step
After washing the duck, cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices and blanched water, and then take it out and dry it.
Third step
Heat oil in the pan, saute ginger and garlic, add duck and stir-fry until dry.
Fourth step
Add soy sauce, soy sauce and star anise powder, stir-fry until the color is the highest, and pour in beer (a can of 330ml is almost just right, no need to add water).
Step five
Add rock sugar, bring to a boil with high fire, simmer for 40 minutes, and then turn to high fire to collect juice.
