Materials: one piece of cold noodle, a little green and red pepper, 4 garlic cloves, one parsley.
Seasoning: 10 peppercorns, 3 dried chili peppers, salt, sugar, chicken essence, fresh shellfish sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil.
Cut the noodles into large pieces and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Take out and cut into small pieces.
Cut the green and red bell peppers, garlic cloves and cilantro into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with salt, sugar and chicken broth.
In a frying pan, add sesame oil and fry the peppercorns and dried chili peppers over low heat.
Add fresh shellac to the cold noodles.
Add balsamic vinegar (can add more. Aged vinegar is better).
