1. Will the traffic police arrest the four-wheel electric dining car?
1. As long as it does not affect traffic and does not occupy the road, the traffic police will not impound the vehicle. Electric dining carts are not motor vehicles and can drive normally on non-motorized lanes. If the non-motorized lane is too narrow, they can also drive slowly on both sides of the road on urban trunk lines and ring roads.
2. Legal basis: Article 9 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China"
To apply for motor vehicle registration, the following certificates and vouchers should be submitted:
(1) Identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle;
(2) Certificate of origin of the motor vehicle;
(3) Factory qualification certificate of the complete motor vehicle or imported machine Motor vehicle import certificate;
(4) Vehicle purchase tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate;
(5) Other certificates that must be submitted when registering a motor vehicle according to laws and administrative regulations, certificate.
The traffic management department of the public security organ shall complete the motor vehicle registration review within five working days from the date of accepting the application. To those who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, they shall issue a motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license. Certificate; for those who do not meet the conditions stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the reasons for disapproval of registration shall be explained to the applicant.
Any unit or individual other than the traffic management department of the public security organ shall not issue motor vehicle license plates or require motor vehicles to display other license plates, except as otherwise provided for in this law.
The formats of motor vehicle registration certificates, license plates, and driving licenses shall be stipulated and supervised by the public security department of the State Council.
2. What are the vehicle violations?
1. Assembling a motor vehicle or changing the registered structure, structure or characteristics of a motor vehicle without authorization;
2. Changing Motor vehicle model, engine number, frame number or vehicle identification number;
3. Forge, alter or use forged or altered motor vehicle registration certificates, license plates, driving licenses, inspection marks, Insurance mark;
4. Use the registration certificate, number plate, driving license, inspection mark, and insurance mark of other motor vehicles.
