Wash asparagus and slice. Slice meat and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the meat slices until they are 80% cooked.

Stir fry asparagus slices.

Sauté the asparagus until raw.

Add oyster sauce, chicken essence and stir fry.
