The thickness of oven door glass is related to two aspects: safety and heat locking effect.

For safety, the thicker the glass, the smaller the risk of explosion caused by heat. 2. Box temperature

1, temperature accuracy

Many times, the temperature control knob of the low-end or entry-level oven is actually not accurate. First, there will be manual adjustment errors, and second, there will be certain errors in the oven itself. The more accurate the temperature, the more perfect the color and taste of the final baked food will be.

2. Time error

Like temperature, whether the baking time can be adjusted accurately will also have a great influence on the baking state of the final food. So the editor also accurately timed the time control of the oven, and the time was adjusted to 20 minutes. The results are as follows:

Generally speaking, the errors are all within the controllable range, but the performance of Heinz and Changhong will be relatively better, while the error of Jiuyang is relatively larger.

3. Baking capacity

Among the five ovens, except for the bear, which only comes with a single baking tray, all the other products are equipped with baking trays and grills. Instead of referring to the capacity of the official logo, it is better to directly see how much food the oven can be used to bake. Isn't this more intuitive?

1) Grill

Jiuyang's baking tray is the narrowest and smallest, so that it is impossible to place two egg tarts at the same time in the vertical direction, and the number of foods baked at one time is very limited.

Midea and Hay are relatively large, both of which can hold up to 6 egg tarts. In addition, the size of the beautiful baking tray can not be embedded in the oven cavity alone, so it can only be used with the grill. I don't quite understand this operation.

Finally, the baking tray of Bear and Changhong is indeed the largest, but in fact, the usable area is almost the same as that of Midea and Haishi, and only six egg tarts can be placed at most ... But if used to bake other foods, Bear and Changhong will still have more advantages.

Because baking pans often need direct contact with food, the quality of materials is also very important. Among them, the baking trays of Heinz, Midea and Xiaoxiong are all made of aluminized materials, while the baking trays of Changhong and Jiuyang are galvanized, which may lead to the precipitation of zinc ions in high temperature environment, which is not safe enough or healthy enough.

As for the grill, except for the bear, the size and structure of the grills in the four ovens are similar. I won't say any more.

2) Height of inner cavity

The height of the oven cavity will directly affect the baking range of food. The editor took a standard 8-inch cake mold as a reference and tested five ovens respectively. However, the friends who have baked the cake know that the top of the cake will bulge to a certain extent when baking. If the height of the inner cavity is not enough, the swollen part of the cake will touch the heating pipe.

So the editor roughly measured that the height of Hay's inner cavity was 12cm, but both Bear and Changhong were not high enough. As for Midea and Jiuyang, they are relatively weak. The height of the inner cavity is only a few centimeters higher than that of the mold, and they can only bake 6-inch cakes at most, which has strong limitations.

It seems that only Hays Q 1 baked 8-inch Qifeng cake shows no pressure.

4. Baking attempt

At this point, the baking fire in the editor's heart has been raging, so he decided to make a new attempt to make egg tarts and peach cakes according to the recipe, and to see what the finished products made by five ovens will be different with the same raw material ratio, making method, baking temperature and baking time.

1) egg tart

Among the five egg tarts, Hay's color, ripeness and taste are the best. The surface is golden, and the caramel color is covered no less, which makes people feel drooling. The egg tart skin is rich in layers, and the crisp feeling is full when bitten, mixed with the sweet and tender egg soup inside, and the taste is excellent.

The egg tarts made by Midea oven are still crisp and layered obviously, and the custard is ripe and tender, but the caramel color distribution is not obvious, which is slightly undercooked.

Jiuyang and Changhong are slightly inferior to the United States, and they can only say that the entrance is ok, but there is still a gap in taste. As for the bear, the performance is the worst, and the egg tarts made seem to be immature, and some are afraid to eat.

2) Peach Crisp

However, because Hays is the first oven for the editor to bake peach cakes, the size and placement density of peach cakes are not well controlled, but this still does not affect the beautiful and delicious finished products baked by Hays! I can't help but want to give Heinz Q 1 a great compliment.

Bear baking egg tart is not very good, but baking peach crisp is unexpectedly good, which is estimated to be due to better temperature control in a slightly low temperature state (egg tart baking needs 200℃, peach crisp baking needs 180℃).

As for Changhong and Jiuyang, the paste is relatively uniform and slightly dark in color, but the taste is not bad and the taste is not bitter. The temperature accuracy of the two is average, but the uniformity is still ok.

Beauty, on the other hand, became a cannon fodder in the peach cake test ... and it was not evenly burnt, and the taste of several peach cakes above was bitter and difficult to swallow.
