Ice-cream 14 kinds of additives with code, how to read the code?

Summer is coming, as a good summer ice cream especially favored by children. But the investigation found that ice cream has almost become a food additive "mobile warehouse", some even added up to 14 kinds of food additives. Some parents are concerned: "This is to eat ice cream, or eat additives?"

Some ice cream on the market, their ingredients contain a variety of food additives, as few as six or seven, more than a dozen. In a "condensed milk red bean and mung bean flavor" ice cream, the ingredients list marked five thickeners, three emulsifiers, a sweetener, five coloring agents, as many as 14 kinds of additives.

These products on the labeling of food additives is not consistent, some directly marked with the name of the various additives contained, such as and Road Snow's ace product lovely more (matcha red bean flavor), the ingredients list is specifically marked "food additives", including: mono-, diglyceride fatty acid esters, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan , locust bean gum, carrageenan, caramel color, carmine red, natural carotene, bright blue, food flavor, phospholipids. A best-selling milk brick ice cream is not clearly marked "food additives" this one, but directly labeled thickeners, emulsifiers, coloring agents and other content. However, no matter which way of labeling, there is no specific content.

Some of the food additives in ice cream are numbered, like a book of days, and are simply unintelligible. Nestle stupid NANA, for example, this is a four flavors of randomly packaged ice cream, the ingredients list on the package shows that all four flavors contain emulsifiers (471, 477), thickening agents (407, 410, 412), acidity regulator (330, 339i), which cantaloupe and grape flavors also contain antioxidants (330). The one food additive that was completely different for the four flavors was the colorant, which was natural carotene, 141ii for the cantaloupe flavor, 100ii for the banana flavor, 120 for the strawberry flavor, and 163ii and gardenia blue for the grape flavor.
