Duck gizzard, 1/2 green peppers, 1/2 red peppers, 1/2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 parsley, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of seafood soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
working methods
1 .. Wash duck gizzards with clean water.
2. Boil the water in the pot, and add the duck gizzard after the water is boiled.
