Working principle of EPE pearl cotton plastic foaming machine
The pearl cotton foaming machine is mainly used to produce EPE pearl cotton sheets and profiles. After melting LDPE resin, it is mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agent and other additives, extruded by an extruder, foamed at the die head and die lip, and then passed through a setting ring to fix the sheet size. Finally, the product is taken up by a take-up roller.

The working principle of pearl cotton foaming machine: plastic particles → formula mixing → heating extrusion → foaming agent injection → mixing plasticization → extrusion → cooling molding → sizing and cutting → cooling traction → flattening → winding → finished products: First, polyethylene and other raw materials are evenly mixed, put into the extruder hopper, and melted and mixed by an extruder with a large length-diameter ratio. At the same time, foaming gas and molten monoglyceride are injected into the middle of the extruder at high pressure, and evenly mixed with the melted and mixed plastic.

The composition of pearl cotton foaming machine is briefly introduced:

1. Feeding section: raw materials are fed into the extruder in the feeding section, including hopper, screw, barrel, main motor of the extruder, etc. The AC motor is connected with the main screw through the reducer.

2. Molding heating section: The heating mechanism and cooling device are installed in this section to gradually cool the plasticized raw materials until the raw materials are extruded through the screw. One-way valves are installed at the feeding parts of butane pump and anti-shrinkage agent pump to prevent the raw materials from flowing backwards to ensure production safety.

Third, the plasticizing heating section is equipped with a high-power heating ring to melt the DPE resin particles and push the melted resin forward through the screw.

Fourth, the die part, from which the melted raw materials are extruded. As soon as the raw material passes through the die lip, it begins to foam. The thickness of EPE pearl cotton sheet depends on the die lip and traction speed.

Five, the traction roller, the sheet stretched by the shaping drum enters this part of the traction, and the traction speed should be kept balanced. The traction roller is equipped with a motor with variable frequency speed regulation to facilitate the adjustment of the traction speed.
