Chicken with papaya
Materials
Half a papaya, half a chicken, 20 grams of ginger, 1,500 degrees Celsius of water, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of chicken broth powder, a pinch of white pepper, 30 grams of 20 degrees Celsius of rice wine, a pinch of sesame oil
Methods
1. Wash the papaya, cut it in half and remove the skin, then slice it into 3 cubic meters.
2. Cut the chicken into 3-centimeter chunks, boil them in hot water, and then put them in cold water.
3. Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the sliced mushrooms and bring to a boil, then add the pieces of green wood from recipe 1, the chicken from recipe 2, fish sauce, chicken broth, white pepper, and 20 degrees Celsius of rice wine. Cover the pot with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked and the papaya is rotten, then drizzle with sesame oil.
