2. Rinse red dates and longan with dry water.
3. Put the black rice and rice into a ceramic pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over medium heat, add red dates and dried longan, and simmer for about 45 minutes (depending on your preference).
Method 2: Ingredients: black rice 1 meter cup, white rice 1/2 meter cup, 8 dried red dates, longan 10, appropriate amount of brown sugar and 330ml of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash the rice briskly for 2-3 times. Then add the required amount of water and soak for 1 hour. Be sure to soak the rice thoroughly and wait until it absorbs water before cooking. The porridge cooked in this way will be very full.
2. Wash the red dates with a brush, soak them and cut them into pieces. At the same time, peel longan and break brown sugar.
3. Put the materials into the pot and boil them with high fire. When boiling, immediately reduce the heat, continue to cook for 10 minutes, and turn off the heat. Stuff the rice with the remaining temperature of the pot for 30 minutes, so that the rice is completely gelatinized and cooked.
4. Open the lid and add brown sugar to taste.
Cook black rice with some white rice, which tastes better.
1 cup of black rice +230ml of water. 1 cup of white rice +2 10ml of water, and so on.
