Half a white radish, tender tofu 1 piece, salmon head 1 piece, mushrooms 1 piece, 4 coriander pieces, 4 ginger pieces, onion 1 piece, and proper amount of salt and pepper.
method of work
1, wash the mushrooms and coriander, and then block the tofu for use;
2. Wash and drain the fish head for later use;
3. Heat the pan and drain the oil, add onion and ginger, fry the fish head on both sides until slightly yellow, pour boiling water and simmer for 30 minutes, then add radish, tofu and mushrooms to stew together for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper, turn off the heat, and add coriander.
