The following steps need to be taken when cleaning pork sausage: preparation, removing offal, scraping dirt, salting and rinsing.

Materials: salt.
1.First, remove the large intestine from the belly of the pig and soak it in water to soften the fecal residue and dirt of the intestine.
2. Open the large intestine and gently remove the viscera from the large intestine by hand. Be careful not to break the offal to avoid contamination of the large intestine.
3. Use a razor blade or scraper to gently scrape away the dirt and mucus from the surface of the large intestine. You can rinse the large intestine with running water to help remove the surface dirt.
4. Soaking the large intestine in salt water for a period of time can help remove the odor and residual dirt.
5. After the large intestine has been salted, rinse it repeatedly with water to ensure that the dirt and salt on the surface of the large intestine is thoroughly rinsed away.
